Perch Wine and Coffee bar

Went to this place on a Saturday night when they had a live band. The place has a English cafe like feel with all the wooden furniture.  I settled at the bar and ordered a cocktail, Bourbon toast, it was well made. So was the Welsh Rarebit but it came out cold with the bread being slightly chewy, but it paired fine with the drink. We neither tried coffee nor had wine at this place. Some other time perhaps.
