The Iconic American Bar & Grill Experience of Uno® Chicago Bar & Grill, known for its legendary authentic Culinary Heritage and its strong artisan based Craft Culture in food and beverages, opened its third restaurant in India on December 10thin Bengaluru at Forum Shantiniketan, Whitefield.This will be the third after Noida & Kolkata that opened last month.
Uno® Chicago Bar & Grill’s entry in India coincides with its 75 years of successful global operations. The Uno® story began in Chicago in 1943 when Ike Sewell developed deep dish pizza and opened a new type of restaurant at the corner of Ohio & Wabash. It was here that Ike served a pizza unlike any that had been served before. Today, Uno® still draws its identity and inspiration from the artisan heritage of the original. Each restaurant including the ones in India would make their dough and preparations fresh every morning.
Some of Uno® signature dishes that define the culinary excellence and artisan heritage of the brand include fresh Salads such as Uno® Power Salad, the extremely popular Pizza Skins has been on the menu for over 21 years apart from including Spinach and Artichoke Dip and Chipotle Cottage Cheese Skewers.The all-time favourites include the signature Rattlesnake Fettuccine Pasta, thin crust pizzas and burgers.
