The Chinese New Year or The Spring Festival, as it is commonly known in recent times, is one of the most important festivals in China and is celebrated with a grand fest. Feast at the Noodle Bar by specialty Chef Zhang and indulge in an array of delights including the traditional Chinese rubbed roast suckling Siu yuk style, crispy pork belly, Shanghai shrimp noodles, lamb dumpling, Chengdu chicken jiaozi, wok-fried prawn with coriander in superior soy sauce, deep fried local catch in black pepper and much more.
