Went on a Sunday evening, the 5th floor terrace is not open to kids, it is more of a lounge, dance space. The diner on the 4th is not open air and is indoors. We were disappointed initially but the ambience is great with a spa like vibe , stay away if you want lights. The food , the dimsums, the sushi, the stir frys were well done. Priced fairly this place offers great value , service can be a bit choppy.
P.S: Pad Thai too sweet.
