Wicked Spoon

Mumbai, India

Chindian food once a week is a routine for me however the quality of sauces and ingredients scare me to try it at any random place. I went to Mira road to try it as the owner is a friend and I am glad I did. Firstly the decor is impressive, its quirky and functional sans the right down red and green theme that even posh Chinese places offer. However don’t expect sinking sofas for what you pay. The menu is very elaborate and offers varied cuisines from South East Asia,I tried an array of dishes, each quite distinct. The menu is priced very competitively and offers great value for money for the quality they offer. Last words the place to be if you like Asian food with Indian influences .. do not expect authentic cuisine but yes their food comforts.
PS: their Signature Chinese Khichdi is super.. you will realize it is More Thai than Chinese. Do try ..
